will open Friday, June 13.


The CU Heritage Center at the University of Colorado Boulder is located on the third floor of Old Main on campus and is operated by the CU-Boulder Alumni Association. The Heritage Center is open Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The Heritage Center is closed for all university holidays.

The purpose of the CU Heritage Center is to collect, preserve and interpret material culture and documentary resources illustrative of the history of the University of Colorado Boulder. Such materials, information and other means will be used for research, publications, exhibitions and education with the goal of increasing public awareness, understanding and an appreciation of the human heritage of the university.

    I am going through “old” papers and finding various items from 1953-1957, when I attended CU. May I just mail them to someone rather than check on each item? If so, please give me the address on my e-mail. Anything the center can’t use can just be thrown out. Thanks. Alyce Mitchem Jlenkins
