Renting the CU Heritage Center
The CU Heritage Center is available for event rentals for groups of less than 150 people. In general, the facility is best for reception type events because the facility is mostly standing room. Often groups will hold events in the Chapel (please call 303.492.8833 for Chapel reservations) on the first floor of Old Main, and then come up to the Heritage Center (third floor of Old Main) for a reception.
Caterers generally set up tables in the main hallways of the Heritage Center, serving food buffet style. The Heritage Center is not recommended for sit down dinners.
Due to the unique floor plan of the Heritage Center, we recommend that you visit our facility to take a look at the layout to determine if it will work for your group. We are always happy to help explain how rentals usually work in our facility once you have seen the space.
Presidents Room
The Presidents Room at the Heritage Center can be reserved for meetings and has a seating for 40 people. 20 of the chairs are situated around the table.
